We at EIR provide real time experience with our full-fledged Psychological testing, GTO testing and Interview facility at EIR. We have considered Excellence, Integrity and Reliability in providing you with SSB coaching.
Cookbooks or online recipes for cracking the SSB in-reality are not effective to meet your intended purpose. SSB coaching requires good experts to guide and prepare you for your lifetime opportunity.
At EIREIR, a case study-based coaching approach is used for defence aspirants in developing and demonstrating qualities required for SSB. Your journey with us will start from Who I am ? to blend your original personality to meet requirements of a defence officer. Each student receives personalized attention for performing their best at SSB. It is this that has enabled EIR to produce many success stories.
Currently, there is a shortfall of close to 9000 plus officers in Indian Army, Navy and Indian Air force. The Indian Armed Forces allocate substantial resources to identifying officer candidates through a rigorous and meticulously developed selection process.
The process has evolved and been adopted by other nations' Armed Forces. Our current system is well-established and adapted to our needs. I will share with you a short history of this evolution. These facts come from notes I made during my training as head of defence training organizations.
In 1917, the US Army introduced Intelligence Tests to allocate recruits to different branches. These tests were called Army Alpha for verbal reasoning and Army Beta for non-verbal reasoning. In 1927, Germany introduced psychological tests that included detailed candidate life histories from party records. The UK adopted psychological testing in 1940, based on German models. The War Office Selection Board was established in 1942, followed by other boards.
There are 14 Services Selection Board (SSB) centers in India today. This is a proven and highly effective selection process.
Soon, see you at our academy.
JAI HIND!!
