MAJOR GENERAL (Dr.) Ajay Pal Singh, Veteran
VISHISHT SEVA MEDAL, NDC, Phd (HC) Instructor- National Defence Academy, School of Artillery (India), and Defence Forces, Zambia
Major General (Dr.) Ajay Pal Singh, VSM (Retd) is a decorated Indian Army veteran, strategic thinker, and educationist who served the nation with distinction for nearly four decades. Commissioned into the Regiment of Artillery in December 1984, he has led from the front in some of India's most critical operational, strategic, and instructional assignments. As an alumnus of Sainik School and the National Defence Academy, he was privileged to serve in various command roles and was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal and three Chief of Army Staff Commendation Cards. Beyond the battlefield, he has shaped the future of the Indian armed forces as Additional Director General of Recruitment and mentored young leaders in premier defence institutions in India and abroad.
MAJOR GENERAL R.S Bhaduria, Veteran

Maj Gen RS Bhadauria, Veteran is an alumnus of Sainik School Chittorgarh, the National Defence Academy and the Indian Military Academy. He was commissioned as an officer of the Indian Army joined the elite GRENADIERS Regiment. He has also been an instructor at the Army War College on two occasions and has also held an important assignment with the National Security Council. He has penned down his memoirs of command of his unit in the form of a book, titled, 'The Day that Changed it All'. He is a qualified assessor having completed the Interviewing Officer's Course from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research. He was Commandant Selection Centre Central and President SSB, responsible for selection of future officers for the Armed Forces.

Air Commodore Nitin Sathe, Veteran is a decorated helicopter pilot, trainer, and mentor who served the Indian Air Force with distinction for over 35 years. A specialist in training and selection, he served as President of the Services Selection Board (SSB), where he guided the evaluation and induction of future officers of the armed forces. As Director of Training at the National Defence Academy, he helped shape the foundation of cadets embarking on their careers, while at the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, he mentored mid-career officers from India and abroad in leadership, strategy, and joint operations. His career also included command of frontline bases in Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab, oversight of base development in Naxalite-affected regions, and a stint with UN peacekeeping forces in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

As an veteran Indian Air Force officer with over three decades of experience in HR functions, Psychology Psychometric testing, behavioral studies, counseling, specialized Intelligence, Security Functions, Corporate Governance, Foreign Language. Was part of Services Selection Board as a Chief Psychologist and Head of Department (HoD) of Ground Duty Officers' training Division at the Air Force Academy Hyderabad. Head of Personality Division, dealing with behavioral studies and counseling. Close interaction and Training with Defence Institute of Psychological Research DIPR (Min of Def) for various psychological projects and Defence Officers Selection related systems.
COL SAGAR V PATWARDHAN, SM Veteran, GTO
Sr. GTO at Service Selection Board
Experienced military professional with 33 years of service in the Indian Army, specializing in training, leadership, and operations. He has been a Sr. GTO and an effective assessor for almost 10 years at Allahabad and Bhopal. He has trained many trainee GTOs during his tenure in the Selection Centers. Currently leveraging expertise as a Group Testing Officer (GTO), guiding candidates aspiring to join the armed forces. He has successfully coached many candidates and has excellent track record for getting candidates recommended at the SSB. He has also portrayed Late 2/Lt Arun Khetarpal PVC (Posthumous), in the television Serial - Param Vir Chakra.
Col Shailesh Shringapure, Veteran
Sr. GTO at Service Selection Board
34 years of experience as certified Assessor, Trainer. Certified as a Personality Assessor from Défense Institute of Psychological Research(DIPR), Delhi. Has been on three Services Selection Boards to select Officers and leaders for the Indian Armed Forces as a Group Testing Assessor. Trained other officers to become Assessors and also headed a team of Assessors in various forums at the All-India level. Trained junior leaders for advanced leadership positions. Awarded by the Chief of the Army Staff and General Officer Commanding-in-Chief on four occasions for his immense contribution in active operations and dedication to service. Has the honor of his actions been published in two books namely, 'Team 14 into Battle' in English and 'Olakh Siachen chi' in Marathi.
Col Vijay Kumar, Veteran. Psychologist
Sr. Psychologist with 33 years of experience in Indian Army
Sr. Psychologist with 33 years of experience at SSB. Has been a Psychologist at SSB Allahabad for Officers Selection for Indian Armed Forces. Has been Principal of Rashtriya Military School Belgaum and Sainik School Lucknow. As Principal of Sainik School Lucknow, received appreciation letter twice from HRD Minister, Govt of India. Also, he was awarded COAS Commendation Card while serving as Principal. With dual masters degree in Management Studies (MMS) and MA Psychology additionally done Diploma in Educational Management and Administration. As a part of Indian Army was involved with Educational Training and Promotion exams of Army personnel.
